Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use CL-Mini without the subscription?
Yes. Activating and renewing your license needs no subscription, and the license never expires. The first 12 months include online access — knowledge base and WinOLS map identification — with CL credit for your tier; after that, the yearly sync plan renews them for 12 months with the same CL, or they run on a CalibraLogic AI plan. Without either, the license and the local model keep working and only the online features stop.
How is the software delivered?
Upon purchase, you receive a download link and a license key. Activation is tied to your Hardware ID — one device per license, managed through your account dashboard.
Can I upgrade my license later?
Absolutely. You only pay the difference between your current tier and the target tier. No penalties for upgrading.
What are the OS requirements?
We support Linux (Ubuntu 22.04+), Windows 11 (Pro), and macOS (Apple Silicon). Minimum requirements vary by tier.
