Purpose
CalibraLogic AI exists to provide high-precision ECU calibration and automotive engineering tools. This policy is designed to protect our community of engineers, maintain our infrastructure's stability, and ensure the legitimate use of our proprietary AI intelligence.

Prohibited Use
Illegal Emission Control Circumvention: Modification of software for the sole purpose of violating local environmental laws or bypassing emissions standards in a non-sanctioned manner.
- Reverse engineering our proprietary AI models or internal logic.
- Data scraping or systematic harvesting of our knowledge base.
- Unauthorized reselling of CalibraLogic AI outputs as a standalone data service.
- Distribution of harmful content or malware through the CL-Agent.
- Intentionally overloading servers or bypassing security protocols.
- Creating competing products based on distilled CalibraLogic knowledge.
API & Automation
Full compliance with defined rate limits is required. Automated systems must identify via proper User-Agent headers.
Proper authentication is mandatory. CL-Agent batch processing must follow sequential queue protocols; token bypass is strictly prohibited.
Account Sharing
Accounts are tied to a single user identity. Credentials must not be shared between multiple engineers or physical locations without an active Enterprise or Dealer license.
Intellectual Property
The CalibraLogic Knowledge Base is a proprietary asset. While individual calibration results generated for your specific projects are free for your commercial use, the systematic copying of our database to build competing intelligence frameworks is a violation of IP law.

Reporting Violations
Suspicious activity or violations of this policy should be reported immediately. We commit to a 48-hour investigation window for all security-related reports.
