    Account Info: Your name, professional email address, organizational affiliation, professional role, and technical preferences (ECU platforms, software tools, vehicle specializations).
  • payments
    Payment Details: Processed securely via Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
  • settings_input_component
    Technical & Usage Data: IP addresses, browser types, and interaction logs with our calibration tools.
  • chat
    Interaction Data: Chat conversations, diagnostic queries, AI engine routing metadata, and feature usage statistics.
  • upload_file
    Files: ECU logs or diagnostic files you upload are processed for immediate analysis and deleted according to your preference.

05Third-Party Services

We partner with industry leaders for specialized tasks: Stripe (Payments), Supabase (Database), and Hetzner (Infrastructure). All providers are vetted for GDPR compliance.

06AI & Query Processing

Queries sent to our CL Engines (such as CL-Scan, CL-Forge, CL-Matrix) are processed in real-time. We strictly prohibit the use of your proprietary diagnostic data for external model training.

Uploaded files (ECU maps, firmware, CSV logs, PDFs, images) are treated as confidential technical data. Files are not manually accessed unless required for technical support and only with explicit user consent. We recognize that calibration files and reverse engineering content may contain proprietary or commercially sensitive information.

07Cookies

We believe in a clean user experience. CalibraLogic AI uses only essential session cookies required for authentication and security. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

09. Data Retention

Active account data is kept for the duration of service. Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by financial regulations. Deleted accounts are fully purged from production within 30 days.
