Refund Policy

Our refund policy for subscriptions, CL Token purchases, software licenses, and hardware orders is designed to be transparent and fair, reflecting the precision of our automotive intelligence services.

01. Subscriptions (Garage, Tuner, Engineer)

  • Cancel anytime — no cancellation fee
  • Active until end of current billing cycle
  • No prorated refund for partial months
  • Yearly subscriptions: refund for unused full months if requested within first 30 days
  • After 30 days: no refund on yearly plans, service continues until term ends
  • Downgrade takes effect at end of billing cycle

02. CL Token Purchases

  • Purchased tokens are non-refundable once added to your account
  • Exception: if tokens were purchased by error (duplicate charge, wrong amount), contact us within 7 days
  • Unused tokens remain in your account indefinitely (never expire)
  • Account deletion: unused purchased tokens are forfeited

03. CL-Mini Software Licenses

  • 14-day money-back guarantee from date of purchase
  • License must not be activated on more than one device
  • Refund issued to original payment method within 5-10 business days
  • After 14 days: no refund, license remains valid
  • Tier upgrade: price difference applied, no refund on original tier

04. CL-Computer Hardware

Standard Returns

14-day return policy from delivery. Hardware must be in original condition. Customer bears return shipping costs.

Defective Hardware

Free replacement or full refund (our choice). We cover all shipping costs for verified defects.

  • Inspection upon receipt — refund issued within 10 business days
  • Custom-built nature: orders cannot be cancelled once build has started (typically 3 days after order)

05. Update Subscriptions

  • Cancel anytime — no cancellation fee
  • Active until end of current period (yearly/6-month/3-month)
  • No prorated refund for unused period
  • After cancellation: local model works, cloud knowledge base access disabled

06. ECU Skill Packages

  • Monthly subscription, cancel anytime
  • No refund for current billing period
  • Skills disabled immediately upon cancellation

Our engineering support team reviews all requests within 2 business days.

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

Note: For hardware returns, we will provide a return shipping address once the request is reviewed.
