Yes. You can upgrade from Pro to Ultra or Max at any time. You only pay the difference in base price, plus a small pro-rated adjustment for your current renewal plan if applicable.
What happens if I don't buy an update plan?expand_more
The software license is perpetual for the version you own. Without an update plan, you will not receive knowledge base synchronization, new AI model updates, or security patches after your first year.
Is the hardware included?expand_more
No, CL-Mini is the software and AI model core. You can run it on your own hardware or purchase our dedicated CL-Computer series separately.
